Melvin and Antoinette Williams appeal from an order denying their motion for summary judgment, staying arbitration and granting summary judgment to their insurer, Nationwide Insurance. Nationwide persuaded the trial court that its policy does not cover the Williamses' underinsured motorist (UIM) claim because of the lack of corroborating evidence that Mel Williams was run off the road by a "phantom" vehicle.
